1. What Scanini is
Scanini is a service operated by Powery Dev Group, LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America ("we", "us", "our"). It's a web app that helps Panini sticker collectors track their albums by scanning stickers with their phone or laptop camera. The service includes:
- Vision-based scanning of sticker codes (server-side, via a third-party AI model)
- A 980-card reference checklist for the 2026 FIFA World Cup Panini collection
- Tools to track your collection, see your duplicates, and identify what you're missing
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens under your account. Don't share credentials. Don't try to access another user's data, scrape the app, or use it to interfere with others.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you're under 18, your parent or guardian needs to agree to these terms on your behalf.
3. Pricing
Tracking your album is free — there is no time limit, no credit card required, and no usage cap on marking stickers as owned or browsing your collection.
The only paid feature is the trade-match tool, which uses an AI parser to read a trade partner's pasted dupes list and surface the subset you're still missing. Each call costs us a small amount in third-party AI fees, so we cap it as follows:
- Free trial. New accounts come with 3 free trade-matches.
- Trade pack. $4.99 USD = 500 additional trade-matches, charged through Stripe. One-time charge, no subscription, no recurring billing.
- First-pack guarantee. Don't love your first trade pack? Email us within 3 days of purchase from the address on your account, and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked. One refund per account, on your first paid pack only.
- Refunds beyond that. Subsequent trade packs are non-refundable once delivered, except where required by law. If something goes wrong on our end (e.g. a billed match we couldn't deliver), we'll restore the affected credits.
- Expiration. Trade credits don't expire as long as your account is active.
4. House rules
Don't:
- Submit non-sticker text to the trade-match feature in an attempt to abuse the AI parser or extract content
- Run automated scripts against the API, scrape data, or otherwise hammer the service
- Reverse-engineer, copy, or republish the checklist, the design, or the codebase
- Use Scanini to harass, harm, or violate the rights of others
We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules. We try to give a heads-up first, but flagrant abuse is a fast track to closure.
5. Your data and content
You own your collection data — the cards you've scanned and own. We store it so the service works. See the Privacy policy for the full picture.
Camera images are not stored. They're sent to our vision provider for the scan and discarded immediately afterward. Only the scan result (the code, the timestamp, the result) is retained.
6. Trademarks & affiliation
Scanini is an independent fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise officially connected to Panini S.p.A., FIFA, the 2026 FIFA World Cup, U.S. Soccer, the Canadian Soccer Association, the Mexican Football Federation, any participating national football association, or any league, club, player, or other rights-holder.
"Panini" and the Panini logo are registered trademarks of Panini S.p.A. "FIFA", "FIFA World Cup", and related marks are registered trademarks of Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA). All other team names, league names, tournament names, player names, and related logos and marks referenced in Scanini are the property of their respective owners.
References to these names, numbers, and codes are used solely as nominative descriptors so that collectors can identify the physical Panini stickers they own and trade. No claim of ownership, partnership, or endorsement is intended or should be inferred.
The Scanini app, design, code, brand name, and original written content belong to Powery Dev Group, LLC.
7. Disclaimers
The vision model is good but not perfect. Scans can be misread. Scanini does its best to catch errors (confidence checks, two-in-a-row confirmation, validation against the checklist), but you should sanity-check your collection if accuracy matters to you.
Scanini is provided "as is" without warranties. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in your region.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability for anything related to Scanini is capped at the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — like lost trades, missed completions, or anything similar.
9. Termination
You can delete your account at any time — Account → Delete my account in the app. We can also show accounts a red card and close them if they break the house rules above or pose a real security / abuse risk. If we close an account without cause, we'll refund any unused credits proportionally.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be flagged in-app and on this page. Continuing to use Scanini after a change means you accept the new terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of Scanini will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence give you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
